Mixed Messages

I thought maybe this image would present a debatable topic. I know how I feel about this product so I'll start.
I feel this a bold negative campaign to sell your products. The energy drink companies market to teenagers and young adults. In fact a major brewery was recently court ordered to stop production of an energy drink/alcoholic beverage combination for that very reason. Their warning message label looks like it was written by a teenager, and that's no coincidence. Marketing your product by attracting customers with a reference to an illicit street drug is wrong. The reality of cocaine use destroys lives, families, and innocent bystanders that get in the mix. The awareness of this especially in the mixed up horomones of teenagers and youth is not often well understood. In my opinion this products effects could lead those less fortunates to believe that the drinks effects are like that of the,"real thing."
What's next on the lineup? Crank? Speed? Meth? Or maybe a relaxing drink named Heroin... that sounds pleasant.. Wake up people. Everybody wants to make money, but at what expense? Shame on you

No Shame in My Game

Nothing like a cup of clean urine.
Ever wonder what it's like to sit next to somebody that just got out of jail, has no money, and needs to get their drink on? Just wonder on down to your local plasma center. There are a few normal folk there, but they are dull and boring. Nothing strikes up a good conversation like the phrase,"I just spent six months in county."
Homeless, addicts, alcoholics, freaks, and just typical joes like myself who just got fired can earn enough dough to fill your gas tank, get a bag of C-rocks, or that much needed liter of Banker's Club Vodka.

I suppose if you're just a kind hearted soul concerned with saving lives, that works as well. Hell, you could even give your hard earned donor cash to the man next to you in the waiting room with the DT's. He needs all the help he can get..

The train doesn't stop here anymore

It's a dog eat dog world. Be cautious about who you trust. Even the one who may appear to be a friend may put you out on the street for personal gain. But what really do they gain? Nothing in this world can amount to the wealth of true friends, family, and loved ones. For when you're lying sick on your death bed surrounded with all you have collected in life... all that really matters is someone is there to hold your hand. What will matter then is not your material successes, but rather your impact and interactions with other people. Ask yourself, "What will really make my time here worthwhile?" Then prepare for this day, because it might be tomorrow... we just never know

The Road to Forgiveness

"Trials are but lessonsthat you failed to learn, presented once again. So, where you made a faulty choice before, you can now make a better one,and thus escape all painthat what you chose before has brought to you."

"Though no-one can go backand make a brand new start, anyone can start from nowand make a brand new end."
~ Author Unknown ~
My actions and mistakes have led to the termination of a co- worker and very likely my own. It's not too difficult to accept one's own consequences when led astray to make poor decisions in judgement. But another man's fate is a weight that's not easy to shed, even through direct amends. I have to believe that this door closing will open more promising doors around the bend. My faith has yet to let me down....

Winter

Winter

“If we had no winter, the spring would not be so pleasant: if we did not sometimes taste of adversity, prosperity would not be so welcome.”
I almost forgot how much fun it is to play in the snow. Armed with my arsenal of photo gear I can play in a new way captured in time forever. My girlfriend is not too fond of the season. I see a distinct beauty in winter that I cherish..

Sick, sick, sick.....

Oh boy... I'm sick as s*#t.. This is a clip taken with a Nikon Coolpix s610 I just got... a test really. Though I'm sure it's of little interest to the masses. Rest assured... I don't care....
